Giant chocolate Jazzies



Who remembers buying chocolate Jazzies from the sweet shop as a kid? They were always a favourite of mine in my pick n mix!

This is possibly one of the easiest recipes ever and you can use any shape silicone cake cases.


Ingredients

  • 200g any good quality chocolate - milk, dark or white.

  • Hundreds and Thousands


To make

  • Put the chocolate in a microwavable bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted and the give it a stir.

  • Put the cases on a plate or tray and add a teaspoon of the melted chocolate into each case

  • Give the plate or tray a gentle tap to get the chocolate evenly spread in the cases and then add the Hundreds and Thousands.

  • Place the Jazzies, still on the tray or plate in the fridge to set.

  • Once set, keep in an air tight container in the fridge or any cool place.
